Particle Brightener G-6 or Brightening agent

RQT-G-6 is mainly used as a brightening and smoothing agent for PP and PE products. As a lubricant and processing aid, it is mainly used in extruded films, pipes, and profiles of PP and PE. Can make the surface of the product smoother and brighter. Due to its unique composition, it can reduce friction in extrusion production and finished products, lower melting temperature to accelerate extrusion speed. In film production, the film roll can achieve sufficient smoothness to facilitate subsequent processes such as unwinding, printing, and lamination.

Mainly used in extruded films, pipes, and profiles of PP and PE. 

 1. Improve fluidity, reduce friction between materials and the body, and enhance the surface brightness of plastic products to improve processing efficiency and appearance quality of the products.
2.During the rubber plasticizing process, it plays a role in plasticizing and lubricating, which can increase the dispersion of filling materials, improve extrusion and molding rates, increase the flow rate of mold materials, and improve the demolding effect.

Mix this product with plastic pellets and pelletize/inject or extrude it into shape. The recommended amount to add is:
PE resin 0.2-0.5%
PP resin 0.1-0.4%
