4. Core Product Advantages

1. Excellent acid and alkali compatibility, no blooming or precipitation With neutral oxalamide structure and no free phenolic hydroxyl groups, it differs from acidic phenolic UV absorbers such as UV-P, UV-234 and UV-531. It can be compounded with strongly basic hindered amines like 944 and 770. Suitable for acidic flame retardant systems, PVC dehydrochlorination systems, and PU environments with migrating acidic small molecules. No precipitation, blooming or whitening. Especially suitable for colored, highly transparent and eco-friendly products.
2. High temperature resistance, low volatility and low migration Extremely high thermal stability with very low thermal loss below 280℃. Suitable for high-temperature extrusion and injection molding processes of PC, PA, PP, PE, etc. Moderate molecular polarity, extremely low migration rate in ultra-thin blown films and soft film products. Particularly suitable for PU cushion laminated PE film systems.
3. No interference with fluorescent whitening effect Its UV absorption spectrum does not overlap with the working band of fluorescent whitening agents. It can be used together with whitening agents. For white plastic and polyester products, it delivers high whiteness, yellowing resistance and weathering aging resistance simultaneously. It is the preferred additive for PVC and white polyester products.
4. Resistant to metal ions, anti-catalytic yellowing It will not undergo complexation reaction with metal ions contained in inorganic fillers, catalysts and glass fiber, eliminating yellowing during processing and service life. Suitable for glass fiber reinforced and inorganic flame-retardant modified plastic systems.

2. Severe outdoor weathering conditions: recommended dosage 2‰～3‰
3. Compounding suggestion: Combined with hindered amine light stabilizers to greatly improve long-term weather resistance, aging resistance and chalking resistance of finished products.
