Description

Imported Color Protection Stabilizer HS-3114T is a high-molecular-weight, triazine-functionalized three-dimensional hindered phenolic antioxidant. It serves as an efficient non-staining stabilizer for organic substances such as polymers, synthetic fibers, elastomers, waxes, oils and greases. It can not only prevent thermal oxidative degradation of these substrates, but also improve their light stability.

Features & Advantages

Imported Color Protection Stabilizer HS-3114T features good compatibility with most substrates, high extraction resistance and low volatility. It resists photo-discoloration and NOx-induced discoloration. This product is generally compounded with secondary antioxidants, and the effect is particularly remarkable when blended with sulfur-containing antioxidants.

Application

Suitable for polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polybutene, as well as styrene homopolymers and copolymers. It can also be used in linear polyesters, PVC, polyamides, polyurethanes, elastomers (e.g. SBS, EPR, EPDM) and other synthetic rubbers, adhesives, tackifying resins and other organic matrices. It is mainly used as an antioxidant for PP, PE and similar materials, with both thermal and light stabilizing functions. Synergistic effects can be obtained when used together with light stabilizers and secondary antioxidants. It has low toxicity and can be applied in polyolefin articles for food contact.

Usage & Dosage

Recommended loading dosage: 0.3%～0.5%. The optimal dosage depends on the intended application.
