Riquit® Imported Anti-Aging Agent MX-V703 is a new-generation light stabilization system specially developed for polyolefin materials including PP, TPO and TPV in automotive applications. It is a compounded hindered amine system. It does not react with acidic substances, features lower loading dosage and superior compatibility, and causes no gas-fading or blooming. It delivers outstanding weather resistance, reduces mold residue buildup after prolonged operation, and boasts excellent paint adhesion!
It exhibits better UV absorption capacity and lower color staining compared with Light Stabilizer 770, UV absorber UV-326, Light Stabilizer 3808PP5 and Light Stabilizer 791. As an excellent benzophenone UV absorber, MX-V703 shows favorable synergistic effects with hindered amines.
After aging exposure of 2500 KJ under SAE J2412 and SAE J2527 test standards, it provides exceptional color protection, protects component surfaces and offers strong gloss retention even at low dosages. It delivers superior UV durability for both interior and exterior applications under prolonged UV irradiation, with an anti-aging service life up to 12 years. It improves coating adhesion, features no blooming and low odor, and meets cabin requirements for low VOC emission and fogging.
● Improves polymer color stability and pigment compatibility ● Preserves substrate color stability during production ● Retards product discoloration under long-term heat exposure ● Prevents polymer degradation during processing and reduces scrap rate ● Minimizes polymer discoloration in various manufacturing processes ● Maintains consistent color throughout the service life of synthetic resin articles with slight color shift ● Partially replaces costly antioxidants and UV stabilizers to cut production costs ● Supplied as easy-to-handle dust-free pellets, reducing dust exposure, caking and feeding blockages for resin producers and molders
Recommended loading: approximately 0.05%–0.5%, subject to the polymer type and required performance of finished components.
