Imported antioxidant UV-1024

Antioxidant 1024 is an antioxidant with dual structure of hindered phenol and hydrazide, functioning both as an antioxidant and metal deactivator. It prevents oxidation during processing and suppresses catalysis by metal ions.

It features high temperature resistance, extraction resistance, low volatility, low migration, good thermal stability and high antioxidant efficiency. It is suitable for PE, PP, polyamide, polyester, synthetic rubber, elastomers and adhesives, especially for wires and cables, insulating materials and phenolic resins. It exhibits excellent dispersibility and melting behavior. The typical dosage is 0.1–0.5%.
