Anti aging stabilizer HS B19 or Hindered amine light stabilizer

HS-B19 is a non polymerized high molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer. It has a very significant effect on enhancing the long-term light aging resistance of the resin. HS-B19 is also an effective antioxidant, which can significantly improve the long-term thermal stability of resins as the main anti hydrogen agent.

Fiber, film and flat wire (PP, PE, PA, PET), greenhouse film, polyester film, automotive specific materials, non-woven fabric and tarpaulin, powder coating.

1. Superior compatibility with many different types of polymers.
2. Low volatility and minimum migration rate.
3. High resistance to water chestnut harvesting.
4. High thermal stability, preventing decomposition and not evaporating even at high temperatures.
5. Long term thermal stability of high antioxidant activity and high contribution polymers; High compatibility and synergy, with a range of additives used in factory wide polymer formulations.
6. High resistance to gas fading.
7. It can be added directly or made into masterbatch first.

The recommended addition amount is about 0.2-0.6%, depending on the required performance of the polymer and finished components.
Long term stability can usually be achieved at 0.5-0.6%. Usually adding 0.2-0.4% is applied for basic stability.
It is best to use twin-screw for the addition of polymer melt in order to achieve optimal dispersion.
