Riquit® Imported Color Protection Stabilizer HS-AO-80 is an asymmetric hindered phenolic antioxidant, a high-performance chemical additive developed to resolve discoloration and property degradation of various polymer materials during processing, storage and service. With its unique chemical structure and outstanding performance, it can effectively preserve the appearance and intrinsic properties of materials, extend product service life, and strongly support quality improvement for polymer-related industries.

Performance Features

● Good compatibility, low volatility, excellent thermal stability and high antioxidant efficiency. ● Capable of hydrogen bonding with thioesters to deliver excellent synergistic effect. ● Resist extraction and migration loss, and inhibit discoloration induced by nitrogen oxides. ● Form hydrogen bonds with rubber molecules to improve rubber damping performance and tensile strength.

Application Fields

Suitable for plastics, rubbers, adhesives and elastomers. Especially recommended for thermoplastic polyurethane, polyphenylene sulfide, polystyrene, polyacetal and polyamide, polypropylene.

Dosage

Typical loading: 0.1–0.5%. Dosage varies for different substrates and applications. The specific addition amount can be adjusted according to practical requirements.
