Description

Riquit® Anti-Aging Masterbatch MX-3853PP5 is a light stabilizer masterbatch with polypropylene as carrier. It provides dual functions of UV absorption and free radical scavenging, suitable for polyolefin systems, and can effectively prevent photo-oxidative aging of finished products during service.

● Manufactured by a special granulation process for convenient feeding and accurate dosing (active content adjustable below 70%), uniform dispersion and excellent storage stability. ● The active ingredient is resistant to blooming at high temperatures. The masterbatch surface stays dry and non-tacky with outstanding anti-caking property. ● Excellent compatibility with polyolefins, which greatly reduces blooming and chalking. It delivers remarkable synergistic effects when combined with other high-molecular-weight hindered amine light stabilizers. ● Non-blooming and non-tacky, easy for transportation, storage, feeding, dosing and dispersion. The active content of the masterbatch can be tested rapidly. ● Dust-free and easy to handle during processing.

It is suitable for polyolefin products, especially automotive interior and exterior parts, and can also be used for wood-plastic products, packaging and other industries.

Application

Recommended dosage: 0.5–2% approximately, subject to the required performance of the polymer and finished components.
