Description

Riquit® Imported Light Stabilizer HX-445T is a high-efficiency, non-discoloring aromatic amine primary antioxidant. It is widely used in polyolefins, styrene copolymers, polyethers, hot-melt adhesives, lubricating oils, polyamides, etc. It possesses good thermal stability and long-term thermal aging resistance. Excellent synergistic performance can be obtained when compounded with other antioxidants such as phenolic antioxidants and phosphites. Formulated with copper salts or other antioxidants, it delivers superior long-term heat resistance.

HX-445T is recommended for rubbers, polyolefins, styrenic polymers, hot-melt adhesives (EPDM, CR, NBR, ACM), lubricants and polyamides.

Application

The recommended dosage is 0.1–0.5%, subject to the polymer grade and target performance of finished parts. Twin-screw extrusion is preferred for addition into polymer melts to achieve optimal dispersion.
